2 souls devoted to supporting the awakening of humanity through music and stillness. Based near Sydney, Australia, the international couple comes to share their message and soulful songs with you to sing as one.
Ancient mantras meet english lyrics, modern melodies fuse with magical harmonies, soothing guitar melts into the sound of the harmonium, all enriched by Lulu’s lush, angelic vocals and Mischka's humble guidance.
The concerts offer a chance to join their radiant journey into the powerful practice of chanting. Blissful, ecstatic & meditative.... Hearts wide open.

108 sun salutations are surely a great challenge for the physical body wakening up both its strength and flexibility. We do the practice in the calm rhythm of the Surya Namaskar Mantra so that the vitalization of body and mind happens in harmony. Why 108 salutations? The distance from sister earth to brother sun is 108 x the diameter of the sun. In dancing 108 x Surya Namaskar we are travelling from the earth to the sun, transforming a geocentric being into our heliocentric being, remembering who we really are: Enlightened beings. We practice with devotion, with the sun smiling in our heart. Embrace the flow and let him guide you. (Rumi)

The focus here is on experiencing together, since spending time together often misses out in stressful everyday life.
Manu's workshop offers the possibility to take time for each other, to trust each other in shared yoga excercices but also to respect each other, to cuddle, to laugh, to relax and to have fun.
The love for yoga and her daughter gave her the idea to do a training in kids yoga. Manu offers kids yoga classes and workshops since 2015 and also shares her passion for yoga with adults in her Vinyasa Yoga classes.
Claudine Hellinckx discovered yoga in India back in 1974. In 1986 she got her yoga teacher diploma from the Yoga Institute founded by André Van Lysebeth. She also did a training in yoga therapy with Dr. Coudron (Paris) and followed the teachings of Dr. Bohle (Lonavle, India) for various years.
She has co-founded the Luxembourg Yoga Federation and has been the head for 10 years now. At the moment she is following the teachings of Advaïta Vedanta in the tradition of Swami Prajnanpad and she has been participating in different ashrams stays in India.
Class: Opening of the energy channels, the Nadis.
In order to purify the mind it is necessary for the body as a whole to undergo a purification process. The Hatha Yoga is likewise known as the science of purification. If you get rid of the bodys impurities the Nadis work and the energy blockages are liberated.
The energies move like wavelike frequences from start to finish from the channels inside the body composition and they rise supplying the brain with blood.
The main objective of Hatha Yoga is to create an absolute balance betweeen the activitites and the processes of the physical body, the mind and the energy.
Binaural Meditation and Soundbowls – Loving Polarity
(Tania Weiss & Steffen Süsse)
Binaural Meditation is a form of meditation bringing your mind into deep relaxation. While Tania and Steffen are guiding two different meditations at the same time, your mind will try to focus on each one, but can’t, which will eventually lead into letting go and opening up for the unconscious. Dive even deeper into your inner sanctuary by the sound of soundbowls.
Intensive Breath (Tania Weiss & Steffen Süsse)
Start breathing lightly and relax by the sound of soundbowls. Come into your own rhythm of intensive breathing step by step until you enter the state of solemn sound and breath. The most archaic experience there is, for body and mind clearing and healing.

Having worked in a full-time physical job, with a lot of traveling involved, minimum 12 hour shifts a day, plus over-training as a sponsored athlete, Vanessa got very sick a few years ago. Being in bed for over a year, she knew she had to change her lifestyle.
With a diagnosed autoimmune disease that usually cannot be healed, she started homeopathic treatment and embarked on a journey towards Yoga.
In 2016 she did a Yoga Teacher training in Bali where she got taught the 5 Element Form by one of her teachers and has been implementing it into her teachings as well as her daily routine. This form has been passed down orally by teachers to students in the Himalaya Mountains . She now teaches Tantra Yoga, Yoga for Women, the 5 Element Form, as well as Alignment Based Yoga that helps people to recover from injuries, creates stability in the back for people who sit for long hours, to rejuvenate, detox, and to break through old patterns and habits.
“Yoga can be done anywhere at any time of the day or night, at any age, and it is not only about Asanas and how to get into postures, but rather an outlook on the human mind, body, and soul.”
Vanessa is also studying Homeopathy to give people a well-rounded outlook and to add value and knowledge about the physical body to her lessons. Head to her website for more information: www.simplynatural.eu
